Xbox DuoX2 mod chip Installation
Installation Diagrams :
Ground yourself properly before beginning the install of your new Xbox DuoX2 modchip. First remove any dust from xbox main board by gently brushing with fine dry brush or with compressed air.
Then use the Isopropyl alcohol swabs to clean main board mod chip contact points. Use Multi Strand (thick) wire for Ground / Earth and Power Rails and single strand wire for all other points.

Xbox DuoX2 Mod-chip Installation Tips-
DuoX2 Series modchips can be installed 3 ways:
1) The preferred method is Direct Solder the main LPC points straight to the Xbox Main Board Contact Points
2) Position the Xbox Duox2 modchip using Double sided Tape on the Xbox Main Board and use single strand Wire to connect to the Main Board LPC contact Points.
3) The least popular way is to use the pin headers that are packaged with the Xbox Duox2 mod-chips. Diagrams Above.
Then to complete the installation use single strand wire to the main Xbox Duox2 modchip points (L1 , BT, L2, DO)

Hard drive installation - an IDE Hard Drive is required for installation into an Xbox - up to 2 T/G is Fine - any Brand.
